Our Medium Cottage Features a Kitchen area, Porch, Main Room, and Bathroom.

Included: A/C, Heat, Queen bed, 2 Futons, Lake View (Lilly Lake), Cooking Facilities, Silverware, Microwave, Toaster, Refrigerator, Pots and Pans, Local Basic TV and Streaming Device, WiFi, Mattress, Small Locking Safe, and more.

Cottage Rental and Optional Upgrades will need to be paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations will be accepted up to 1 week before the Check-In Date. No cancellations will be accepted within 1 week of the Check-In Date. Refunds will be subject to a per week, $250 non-refundable holding deposit. If the booking is for less than 1 week, up to $250 will be withheld from the refund.

Must Provide your own linens.
